Our scheduled speaker is Timothy Reymann, Program Chair of Management & Leadership at Franklin University.
Dr. Reymann’s presentation will focus on the key leadership and followership skills individuals need to contribute effectively to organizational and personal success. The key leadership theories of transformational, servant and authentic leadership will be defined and described so participants can apply these techniques in day-to-day work. Additionally, the role of organizational followers as leaders will be discussed for application in today’s work environment.
Menu: Pasta bar with assorted sauces, toppings (beef ragu, sauteed mushrooms, grilled chicken), salad, garlic bread and assorted cookies.
